When an element contains namespace declarations those attributes need to be put in the xmlns namespace http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/. The "bugfix: HTMLWriter.addNamespace put xmlns attributes in 'http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/' namespace" commit fixes this |

Updated build.xml to patch Saxonce.nocache.js so it no longer uses document.write for GWT version 2.5.0. Also patches are applied when pretty output is enabled in gwt.args
